Returning to the Paradise of Life
Hello, my dear friends. I have been keeping a habit of reading and have some health-related insights to share with you. You might recall how Anastasia described in the books that the first humans were born into a world full of love. The first breath they took was not the mere mixture of gases we are familiar with today that just sustains life; it was an essence filled with pollen, the fragrance of plants, and the tiny life energies of nature.<div>Recently, I have read many books on health. I especially want to share the works of Norman Walker, Arnold Ehret’s “Mucusless Diet Healing System,” and Helmut Wandmaker’s “Willst du gesund sein? VergiĂź den Kochtopf” (If You Want to Be Healthy, Forget the Cooking Pot). Free PDF and English versions of these are available. These authors are highly respected individuals who sincerely promote healthy eating just to help people. Only by reading these books ourselves can we deeply appreciate their intentions. We all have a duty to understand our own bodies and know how to attain health, making ourselves younger and more vibrant.</div><div>Norman Walker discovered that juicing carrots can heal various ailments, as carrots are an exceptionally balanced fruit and vegetable juice. Arnold Ehret introduced the idea that what makes people sick are acid-forming substances that produce mucus, such as bread, grains, and meat, while fruits and vegetables are mucus-free alkaline foods; he also explained why modern people should cleanse their bodies through fasting.</div><div>We all possess expanded consciousness and broad, kind hearts. Originally, there weren’t so many different names for diseases in this world. Our bodies are meant to be perfect, and the means to heal us are all around us, within everyone’s reach. The path to healing is extremely simple, much like the path of spiritual practice—the greatest truths are the simplest. Any physical problem has a way to be changed; people do not fall ill for no reason. Everything has a cause, and rest assured, there is a solution.</div><div>It was only after reading these books that I realized why the first humans were meant to breathe beautiful air and consume fresh, vibrant, and fragrant fruits. It turns out that people truly do not need to labor just to survive. By protecting the environment and building ancestral domains, everyone could live a long life relying on fruits and some vegetables. Processed and overcooked foods are what cause our bodies to fall ill and become dull. Fruits are full of life enzymes, but heating them destroys these nutrients. Modern people consume large amounts of fermented cheese, heavy dough, and vast quantities of carbohydrates and grains, rarely nourishing their bodies with fruit. People also use fluoride toothpaste and wear clothes made of plastic, which numbs our perceptions.</div><div>Illness is accumulated from the unhealthy foods we eat day after day. If we wish to rejuvenate ourselves, we should cleanse and cherish our bodies, eating the fruits and vegetables the Creator prepared for us. This requires no cooking pot; we can simply pick up that sweet fruit. This is also why we must unite to protect nature, reject GMOs that destroy our seeds, and protect our soil. Fruit is the key to healing. We are indeed frugivores, as genetic changes take an extremely long time, and our genes still favor fruit today. This is why some vegetarians, despite making progress, still face health issues; they overcook vegetables, losing many precious substances, and some do not prioritize fruit intake.</div><div>Friends, nature provides everything we need. I hope everyone can be safe and healthy. These are just some of my personal views, and I hope you will discern for yourselves. Any healing method should be adopted for its essence. I find that the more I read, the more I feel these authors across different centuries are speaking the same set of truths. By returning to a natural life and simple ways, we can all live healthy, long lives, and live in paradise—in happiness and beauty—right now.</div>
