New Community in North Carolina
Hi,
I live in North Carolina and I am interested in starting a Kin’s Domain. Does anybody know if there are any in the area? or anywhere in USA? I also have a small property that can be divided in about 5-8 parcels if there is any interest in doing so. Any info is appreciated.

Hi Mona, in which part of North Carolina do you live? About your parcel of land, do you live on it, have you started your Kin Domain yet? I would be interested in finding out more, as I was looking for land in NC.

Somewhere within 1 hour of Asheville, most likely. Asheville is in Western North Carolina

Hi Lucia,
We have about 23 acres of land that my husband uses for hunting. It is about 45 min north of Winston Salem, the Piedmont Region of North Carolina. I don’t know of anybody interested in a Kin’s Domain but, I think that it is a beautiful place for one. We have a small cottage on it already set up for off grid (solar panels, well, etc). We don’t live there permanently but, we go quite often. It could be subdivided in a few areas. My husband may be interested in selling the whole land, too. It is quite in the middle of nature, two creeks on the border, lots of wildlife: birds, deer, foxes, coyotes,raccoons, bears, turkeys, etc). We have already planted an orchard and a big blueberry patch. we are open for ideas.
