About land patents in PR, you’re right. Because it’s a territory/commonwealth and not one of the several states, there are no land patents. Irrevocable express trusts would be your next best bet. I’m friends with some top land patent experts and next time I talk with them I can ask about land patents and ownership in PR, as the subject interests me as well.
