Hi James, I feel in a similar way, I am in Spain and I don’t see how can I get my peace of land with the income I have. The only way I see it ,is to do it with others but seems hard to coordinate with people from different countries.

Currently, there are ways to exempt the land from property taxes, at least in the United States.
