That&#8217;s great! Please let me know if you are here or if you come to PR.  I would love to talk to you.  I have also researched Express Trust and these seem prohibited by law, but yet I guess that is if you work in the public.  When PR was given to the US in the Treaty of Paris the US was obligated&hellip;</p>
