Hello Beautiful Souls,

I’m Prakriti Khanal, a QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique) practitioner with a deep curiosity about life. I was born and raised in a village in Nepal, where we grew our own food and tended to the land. Some of my fondest memories are of my mother’s simple, lightly spiced meals, which always made me feel nourished and content, as if they were feeding my soul.

Guided by the teachings of the Ringing Cedars series, I aspire to live in harmony with Mother Nature. My heart’s desire is to grow and prepare food from my own garden and share that love with family and friends.

For me, life is all about creating peace, fostering genuine connections, and bringing joy to the world around me.
