  Bard Songs

  I guess I could be the first. I came looking for the old bard page but I guess it’s gone. I posted lyrics to two new bard songs I’d written quite some time back. Inspired by Jyoti Devi in the Telegram chat, I decided to resort to AI generated music for the lyrics. I’d worked out a melody I like for the first song, but since I can’t really sing or play anymore and I certainly can’t professionally produce… The AI process is describe and then pick and choose from as many songs as you want to create. So I did choose music I like. There does seem to be a way that you can feed it melodies, but I haven’t as yet attempted that but probably will at some point. Here’s the first song. These are for my musical play ‘A New Day Coming’ in which Anastasia and the Ringing Cedars prominently figure.
