Hi all,
Its like this prof from Japan already said in his lectures, you become what you eat. After hearing this, it made so much sense. People who eat a lot of pig, start looking like it etc..
I experienced myself that if you eat only vegetables and fruits, who are not dying before you eat it. You get such an abundance of energy.
The need of meat, is just a mind program you run, like the placebo, if you are convinced you need it, you do, if not you dont.
The story about the vegans and meat eaters looking bad,, is fun, and makes a lot of sense. Most of the vegans start with the believe you need to replace the vitamins and proteins you get from the meat. So what they do, eat a lot of this chemically dead vitamins coming from the same petrochemical industries who is pushing this meatless live, where they push the people to eating bugs, and lab meat etc.. and eat this GMO beans to compensate for the proteins, and water grown vegetables, who if not put in the fridge are dying in front of your eyes, which grow on chemicals and water. And then thinking its strange that you are going to look like a zombie. And think its the leak of meat, while its all the lifeless and chemically treated stuff you eat (I cant call it food).
I had during one year only vegetables, and drink water, the most profound experience, were after i couldnt eat meat anymore. I must say i was eating only the seasonal vegetables or from the garden vegetables or wild plants. Still do actually, but also now eat bread and cheese and fruits from the garden.
Any way, its just the story you tell your self. eating less meat every month is good, but you will start notice the benefits after a meatless period of at least 7 days, i noticed. Best is to listen to your body, it will tell you what you need.
And what i start doing is keeping the vegetables just on my kitchen desk, if its start dying i throw it away, and you will see, the real living food dont die on you but start growing. 🙂
