    Hey @Lyastra 🙂

    Thanks for sharing!

I love the Cedar Oil with 10% resin 😂, but of course everyone has different tastes. It is indeed very strong. I take the oil every morning. Because I am the only one that drinks it, I actually just carefully sip it straight from the bottle without the use of a wooden spoon.

The plain cedar nut oil is very neutral and nutty, it’s very good. My body has just always favored the 10% resin. Of course you should find what feels good for you!

@GabrielMiguel , the founder of the Anastasia Foundation also has launched a Cedar Oil Business called Siberian Cedar Oil. I have some bottles pre-ordered and look forward to trying it.

One thing is: I would not recommend drinking lots of water after you take the oil. In fact, it’s best if you take the oil first thing in the morning and do not eat or drink for at least thirty minutes after. Drinking a lot of water right after you take the cedar nut oil will not allow it to absorb fully into your body because the large amount of water will dilute the concentration of digestive enzymes and other materials in your stomach. If you have to take something to counteract the bitterness, I’d recommend a small spoonful of honey right after. Also you may really like the plain oil instead, so perhaps give that a try 🙂
