It depends on the vegetables you want to plant! And what do you want from the herbs…
For example, there are plants that help attracting pollinators, there are others that repel some pests and diseases, and other that just bring more energy to the land 🙂 In the end it’s best to have a bit of everything <3

From what I understood I think the use of the plant will be external, for cleansing the feet pores 🙂 It will help the energetic exchange also.. do you say it might be toxic on the skin or just if ingested?
