Hey, that’s truly a wonderful habit. I understand why whole seeds are better than crushed ones — I feel that whole seeds contain a much greater vitality, and their nutrients don’t oxidize as easily. I’ve already gotten used to cedar oil with resin added, but I’d really like to try pure cedar oil in the future as well. Thank you so much for your message and for sharing. I sincerely appreciate you sharing your experience with me—thank you for telling me this. It gives me motivation and comfort. I will continue trying this cedarwood oil, and after I finish this bottle, I’ll try pure cedar nut oil. I’ll give it a few more attempts, and maybe, as you suggested, add some honey.
