Before embarking on such an adventure all parties involved should read and consider what Edgar Casey had to say about the effects on the spirit over multiple lifetimes. Most of such readings discuss the pain endured over multiple lifetimes which are needed to clear up the karmic effects. The sexual union according to Casey joins the soul paths over multiple lifetimes so embarking on the complications in this lifetime will mean healing is required amongst the parties in later lifetimes. Casey describes the first lover, not necessarily the wife, in particular as suffering pain which goes on for lifetimes. That in turn affects the future lives of the other two where their spirits then seek to atone for the pain they caused. Casey warns against any casual sex. Anastasia was in a unique position to help with the karmic consequences for all three of them. I don’t recall the books addressing this issue other than passing references. It would have been a valuable addition to the book if the issue had been discussed more deeply. I am generally opposed for these reasons as our society generally fails to think of how best to grow the spirit over multiple lifetimes.
