About Me:
I am and have been many things...In my professional life, I was an entrepreneur. I followed my passion and did what hadn’t been done before, building businesses that added value to people’s lives, making it up on a daily basis and enjoying the process of creation. I was also a mentor and business adviser. Alongside this, I had a parallel life as an athlete and competed in two sports at international level. Then I metamorphosed from city professional to semi-feral and had a rewilding phase. Next, to my surprise, I found myself living on wheels. My current project is the creation of a self-sufficient intentional community in Portugal (where I am now based), called the Earth Collective. How life changes! The project aims to build 'earth homes' (partially underground, partially overground) incorporating bio-architecture, sacred geometry, earth energies, natural physics, bio-mimicry, bio-resonance etc., to create harmonic living spaces that support health and well being. The aim is to build around 7 homes and a community facility, grow food and create a thriving ecosystem, using various agricultural methodologies, in some 20 acres.
I have also been on a spiritual journey, which has been essential to understand the craziness of my life and the world at large. It helped me to maintain optimum health and effectiveness and taught me to connect with the invisible helping hand and all that there is. My version of spirituality is practical. It is about engaging the quantum (multi-dimensional) part of yourself in order to be healthier, happier, more abundant, more inspired or more of whatever you want, by taking control of your thoughts, your body and your life. I have written about many of the insights and epiphanies I have gained along the way, in my book ‘The Ultimate Relationship… the one with yourself’. (https://theultimaterelationship.co.uk/) I discovered the marvelous Anastasia books about 6 months ago, and have since read them all - twice! I hope to meet a fine man, my beloved and compliment, to co-create, inspire, love and enjoy life's journey together.
