I took 9 or so bottles over 1 year, 1 teaspoon in the morning. However, that was from a different supplier & before the 10% resin. After the resin: it became bitter (used to taste amazing). *Actually, I even bought shelled cedar nuts & ate them like cereal. The life force was incredible. However, it was only once: then it was the compressed flakes- less life. Afterwards, they sent me to join the digital community….been here a few years since.
